Back into running

So finals came around… and studying took priority over everything… especially fitness. Just got back into running after close to three weeks and it’s amazing how quickly you lose your speed and endurance. Managed to squeeze out a 5K today. I’ve been trying to run a bit everyday so I can build back up. So far so good. I just wanted to share my post-run/dinner smoothie with you guys!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Orange Juice. Yum!

Oh, and I bought new running shoes – Brooks Green Silence. Didn’t need to break them in or anything. Awesome shoes.
